EVEN WHEN PLAYED PROPERLY, PAINTBALL INVOLVES A RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY DUE TO THE EXTREME PHYSICAL EXERTION AND CONTACT WITH OBSTACLES AND PROJECTILE PAINTBALLS WHICH FORM PART OF THE GAME.
A PLAYER WHO IS NOT IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION OR WHO REMOVES HIS OR HER HELMET OR IN ANY WAY DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULES OF PLAY OR USE HIS OR HER EQUIPMENT AS DIRECTED MAY CAUSE INJURY TO HIMSELF OR HERSELF OR TO OTHERS IN THE COURSE OF THE GAME.
In consideration of the above, I hereby release and forever discharge SXC, its directors, officers, shareholders, affiliates and employees of and from any liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action of every nature relating to my playing paintball at their premises. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
